SIRIUSXM RADIO announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding 7.625% Senior Notes due 2018 on October 25th. As of September 25th, 2013, $539,551,000 of the 7.625% Notes remains outstanding. SIRIUSXM intends to use the proceeds from the issuance of $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2020 to fund the redemption.
