FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator K223AL/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. CA to AMERICOM, L.P. for $55,000.
MESA BROADCASTING INC. is selling FM translator K296AK/MONTROSE, CO to PETER TRAN for $12,500.

Sinclair Buys More TV
SINCLAIR BROADCAST GROUP continues to expand, buying eight TV stations from NEW AGE MEDIA for $90 million. The stations include FOX affiliate WOLF-TV (FOX 56), an LMA of CW affiliate WSWB-TV, and MY NETWORK TV affiliate WQMY-TV/SCRANTON-WILKES-BARRE, PA.; CBS affiliate WGFL-TV (CBS 4), MY NETWORK TV affiliate WMYG-LP, and an LMA of NBC affiliate WNBW-TV (NBC 9)/GAINESVILLE, FL; FOX/ME-TV affiliate WTLH-TV (FOX 49) and an LMA of CW affiliate WTLF-TV WNBW, WSWB and WTLF, owned by MPS MEDIA, will be sold to CUNNINGHAM BROADCASTING (WNBW, WSWB) and DEERFIELD MEDIA (WTLF), which own other stations LMA'd by SINCLAIR; the LMAs will continue under the new ownership.
