ENTERCOM Country WDAF (106.5 THE WOLF)/KANSAS CITY morning co-host CODIE ALLEN has added MD duties for the station, a newly created position.

ALLEN joined ROGER CARSON on the morning show in 2012 after working part-time and weekends on THE WOLF (NET NEWS 4/4/12).

“It’s nice to be able to reward hard work with more work. Just kidding ... kinda,” said WDAF PD WES POE. “CODIE truly loves Country music and the Country lifestyle. She’s been working towards this goal since she came back full-time over a year ago and deserves the opportunity. I know she will represent THE WOLF in a stellar way to NASHVILLE and the artist community. I look forward to lively music meetings in my future and I am pleased to be able to delegate to someone who is as excited to learn these skills as I was when I got the shot not that long ago.”
