CUMULUS MEDIA has filed a shelf registration priced at $100 million in aggregate value.
Proceeds from any sale of the Class A common stock, once the registration passes SEC muster, would be used, the registration states, for "general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, repayment of debt, capital expenditures, the financing of possible business expansions and acquisitions, increasing our working capital and the financing of ongoing operating expenses and overhead."
The stock would be available for CUMULUS to put on sale at any time.
