Shamrock-Stephens Tulsa Deal Filed With FCC

The deal by which SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Alternative KMYZ-F (Z104.5 THE EDGE)/TULSA and AC KTSO (94.1 THE BREEZE)/GLENPOOL-TULSA plus FM translator K233AU/TULSA to MICHAEL P. STEPHENS' KXOJ, INC. for $8.5 million plus an LMA before closing has been filed with the FCC. STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP has been operating the stations under an LMA since JUNE 28th.
In other filings with the FCC, SEATTLE STREAMING RADIO, LLC/CAYO HUESO NETWORKS, LLC is selling Talk WKIZ-A/KEY WEST to ALMAVISION OF MIAMI in a deal that also includes LPTV W47AC-LP/BIG PINE KEY, FL for $55,000.
JAMES S. BUMPOUS d/b/a YELLOW DOG RADIO is selling Triple A KSIL/RINCON, NM to RINCON VENTURES, LLC for $35,000.
BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator K276FB/SCHUYLER, NE to FLOOD COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. for $25,000.
MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO is selling FM translator W257CZ/HOUGHTON, MI to HOUGHTON COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORP. for $15,000. The translator will rebroadcast Adult Standards WCCY-A/HOUGHTON.
CTC MEDIA GROUP is selling FM translator W290CB/NEW BERN, NC to BEASLEY's WNCT LICENSE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for $65,000. The translator will rebroadcast Beach Music WNCT-A/GREENVILLE, NC.
ALASKA EDUCATIONAL RADIO SYSTEM, INC. is selling FM translators K223BJ/EAGLE RIVER, AK; K279BC/KASILOF, AK; and K287AO/HOPE, AK to KENAI CARES, INC. for $1.
HISPANIC BROADCAST SYSTEM PUERTO RICO, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WDPP/GUAYANILLA, PR due to transmitter failure and a damaged transmission line.

WOLR 91.3 FM, INC. has closed on the sale of noncommercial Contemporary Christian WOLR (CHRISTIAN HIT RADIO)/LAKE CITY, FL to FAITH RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $200,000.
ARTHUR W. GEORGE 's WFSP, INC. has closed on the sale of Gospel WFSP-A (SOLID GOSPEL AM1560) and Oldies WFSP-F (THE OLDIES CHANNEL 107.7)/KINGWOOD, WV to DAVID L. WILLS' WFSP RADIO, LLC for $500,000.
CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has closed on the sale of KXPC/ALOHA-PORTLAND, OR back to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $6.8 million.
And BASIN MEDIACTIVE, LLC has closed on the swap of the construction permit for a new FM at MALIN, OR to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for FM translator K280BW/KLAMATH FALLS, OR plus $125,000.
Also, the ALBANY BUSINESS REVIEW reports that RADIO DISNEY has taken another station silent, WDDY-A/ALBANY-SCHENECTADY-TROY, NY. The station is for sale; no Silent STA filing has yet appeared for the station in the FCC database.
