Big Changes At Nielsen As Creamer, Delman And Others Exit

ALL ACCESS has learned that NIELSEN has made some top-level changes with the departure of ARBITRON CEO SEAN CREAMER at the end of the year, as well as the immediate departure of CFO DEBRA DELMAN and some others execs, just a day following the $1.26 billion acquistion of the ratings giant.

The restructuring comes as no surprise as NIELSEN CEO DAVID CALHOUN indicated publicly that there were upwards of $20 million in cost synergies to be realized in the coming months.

NEILSEN officials didn't comment.
