BRITNEY SPEARS' video for her new single "WORK BITCH" dropped this week. The singer looks fantastic and in top shape.  But, how does she stay that way?  Excersize? Sure, and a proper diet too. TODAY (10/4), COX Top 40 WBLI/LONG ISLAND morning hosts DANA & JEFFREY received a little insight from SPEARS herself as to what she eats to fuel that engine of hers.  

In an interview with the hosts, SPEARS said she likes to cook and went on to describe a dish she enjoys, which the duo dubbed the 'WORK BITCH TACO.'  Listen here as SPEARS explains how to prepare the tasty treat -- don't be surprised if this shows up soon on a restaurant menu near you.
