SUMMITMEDIA executive DAVID DUBOSE's lawsuit against his former employer COX MEDIA GROUP, LLC for failing to pay him $310,686.97 in bonuses he says he earned during the sale of COX's BIRMINGHAM cluster to SUMMITMEDIA has been set for trial on MARCH 16, 2015.

U.S. District Judge ABDUL KALLON issued his order setting the date for the five-day trial, plus initial disclosures (OCTOBER 15, 2013), amendments to pleadings and addition of parties (FEBRUARY 1, 2014), expert reports (JUNE 17, 2014 for DUBOSE, JULY 18, 2014 for COX), supplementation of disclosures and discovery (AUGUST 1, 2014), discovery (SEPTEMBER 30, 2014), and dispositive motions (OCTOBER 30, 2014).

A final pretrial conference is scheduled for FEBRUARY 10, 2015.
