CROSSTEXAS MEDIA is buying Contemporary Christian simulcast KTXJ and KCOX-A/JASPER, TX from LASTING VALUE RADIO for $890,000 ($440,000 in a promissory note) plus an LMA effective JULY 7 for $2,000/month until closing.
