SALEM Contemporary Christian KFSH (THE FISH 95.9)/LOS ANGELES afternooner ROB WAGMAN underwent successful surgery TODAY (10/08) for a busted knee cap, following a recent sports injury.

ROB's new wife, SARAH LEE, told ALL ACCESS, "We play in a WINDY CITY softball league on SUNDAYS. He was playing left field and a ball was popped up short.  ROB and the 3rd baseman called for the ball at the same time and both running full speed slid to get underneath the ball and the 3rd baseman's cleat went full speed into ROB's knee.

"They were able to screw the two pieces together!! (Yesterday the doc thought he may have to take half of the bone out and attach muscle to his lower bone) it'll be a loooong recovery but he's taking it like a champ."
