George Jones' Nashville Tribute Adds More Performers

The GEORGE JONES tribute show that will take place at NASHVILLE’s BRIDGESTONE ARENA on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd (NET NEWS 5/7), has yet again added more star-power to its lineup.
The event, which we be called "PLAYIN’ POSSUM! THE FINAL NO SHOW" has added performances by BRAD PAISLEY, LORETTA LYNN, RONNIE MILSAP, BIG & RICH, LEE ANN WOMACK, CRAIG MORGAN, THOMPSON SQUARE, BILL ANDERSON, and MEGADETH. They will join previously announced performers GARTH BROOKS, ALAN JACKSON, DIERKS BENTLEY, KID ROCK, TRAVIS TRITT, TANYA TUCKER, JOSH TURNER, THE OAK RIDGE BOYS, MONTGOMERY GENTRY, SAM MOORE, CHARLIE DANIELS and JAMEY JOHNSON for the sold-out concert.
"The evening of GEORGE JONES songs is going to be the best musical tribute NASHVILLE has ever seen," said GEORGE’s wife NANCY JONES. "We have many surprises planned, and I just wish GEORGE could be here to see what we are doing for him."
