More than 400 high school students in QUEENS, NEW YORK were special guests for an iHEARTRADIO Q&A with PAUL MCCARTNEY. SIR PAUL also peformed for the crowd at the FRANK SINATRA SCHOOL OF THE ARTS in ASTORIA.
CLEAR CHANNEL Classic Rock WAXQ (Q104.3)/NEW YORK morning man JIM KERR hosted the surprise appearance this afternoon.
The event was in coordination with MCCARTNEY's new album, "NEW," scheduled to be released OCTOBER 15th.
Today's mini-concert and question and answer session will air on CLEAR CHANNEL Oldies, Classic Rock, Classic Hits, and AC stations MONDAY, OCTOBER 14th at 9p (ET). The broadcast will also be heard online at IHEARTRADIO.com and on YAHOO!
