Opening day for SFX ENTERTAINMENT trading on WALL STREET likely didn't go as planned. The Electronic Dance Music company fronted by ROBERT SILLERMAN, looked to build on the burgeoning popularity of the music and lifestyle genre. After a mediocre start, shares dipped on the NASDAQ STOCK MARKET to around $10. SFXE settled at $11.86 at the closing bell. The initial public offering price per share was $13.
ALL ACCESS reported YESTERDAY (NET NEWS 10/9) that SFX had secured $260 million before the IPO debuted.
