The RADIO MUSIC LICENSE COMMITTEE has filed paperwork asking a judge to block SESAC from implementing new royalty rates, reports RAIN.
SESAC is expected to announce a new five-year licensing rate plan for the radio industry. But RMLC has filed an injunction to delay the rate increase until the lawsuit is resolved.
