Biz Talk RadioNetworks Acquires Business TalkRadio Network

New Owner

BIZ TALK RADIONETWORKS has acquired the assets of BUSINESS TALKRADIO NETWORK for undisclosed consideration.  The buyer is a sister company of BIZTV, a similar service for television.  BTRN Consulting Operations Officer JEFF WEBER will stay on board as President.

"This acquisition fits nicely in our portfolio of media centric assets," said parent company CENTER POST HOLDINGS EVP SCOTT MILLER. "With the combination of BIZTV and BTRN the company will have a solid foot hold in both radio and TV. The combined reach will exceed 30 million TV Households and millions of radio listeners ... A number of the programs are carried on both networks currently and we expect that number to expand as we integrate the operations. It's a natural fit for us and we are ready to expand our suite of benefits to small business owners."
