Radio One Legal Battle with Khrisna Henderson-Hutchinson Continues

RADIO ONE Urban AC WTLC/INDIANAPOLIS former employee KHRISHNA HENDERSON-HUTCHINSON has filed a lawsuit against station management in an effort to obtain two months of severance pay that she claims she was due. KHRISHNA was terminated in DECEMBER of 2012.

RADIO ONE petitioned and won a court order to move the action to federal court, asserting that HENDERSON violated its payola and conflicts of interest policy by adding and playing songs featuring an artist with whom she was involved. Furthermore, RADIO ONE asserted that she was told why she was fired at the time of her termination. KHRISHNA denied those allegations.
