Changes at EAST CAROLINA RADIO GROUP Urban WKJX (96.7 THE BLOCK)/ELIZABETH CITY-NAGS HEAD, NC, as OM CLIFF CURTIS and PD BRION O'BRION exit as part of a company realignment.
