R-S BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling AC WCWV (92.9 BREEZE FM)/SUMMERSVILLE, WV to NUNZIO A. SERGI's SUMMIT MEDIA BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.3 million.

In other filings with the FCC, HE'S ALIVE, INC. is selling Religion WPCL/NORTHERN CAMBRIA, PA to CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA CHRISTIAN INSTITUTE, INC. for $200,000.

WLTH RADIO, INC. is selling Talk WLTH-A/GARY, IN to MICHILLIANNA BROADCASTING, LLC for $300,000.  The deal was reported (sans price) before the government shutdown but is now appearing in the FCC database.

The price for the previously-reported purchase by FORTE FAMILY BROADCASTING, INC. of Business Talk WGCH-A/GREENWICH, CT from BUSINESSTALKRADIO.NET ACQUISITION CORP is $250,000 plus an LMA before closing, according to the contract filed with the FCC.  The buyer was assigned the right to buy the station by BIZ TALK RADIONETWORKS LLC, which is buying BUSINESS TALKRADIO NETWORK but not the station.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling FM translator W234AX/ALLENTOWN, PA to CONNOISSEUR MEDIA LICENSES, LLC for $140,000.

GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K255AZ/NICKERSON, KS to EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $30,000.  The translator rebroadcasts Talk KWBW-A/HUTCHINSON, KS.

CONALEY VISNESKI has closed on the transfer of 16,6% of MONTROSE BROADCASTING CORPORATION, licensee of Religion WBGM/NEW BERLIN, PA; WPEL-A-F/MONTROSE, PA; WPGM-A-F/DANVILLE, PA; W234BT/ENDICOTT, NY; W269AJ/WILLIAMSPORT, PA; and W292DL/BINGHAMTON, NY to DEBORAH DRESSLER for undisclosed consideration.

JDL CORP. has closed on the sale of Talk WPMO-A (TALKRADIO 1580)/PASCAGOULA-MOSS POINT, MS to TRI CITY RADIO, LLC for $259,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under an LMA since JANUARY.

DILLON NPR, INC. has closed on the transfer of FM translator K288DZ/DILLON, MT to BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY -- IDAHO for payment of relocation costs and new equipment expenses.

NORTHERN COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K287AD/BEMIDJI, MN to LEECH LAKE BAND OF OJIBWE for $9,000.

GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the transfer of twelve full-power licenses in the SYRACUSE and UTICA markets and one translator, W263CG/COLONIE, NY, from GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS, L.P. to GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC and the transfer of Classic Hits WZUN (SUNNY 102)/PHOENIX-SYRACUSE to a separate company, WZUN COMMUNICATIONS LLC, headed by WAYNE MACK, for $1 million. ED LEVINE remains manager of the companies but the move removes investor ALTA COMMUNICATIONS VIII, LP from ownership, replaced by LEVINE's GC LAURPAM.  ATALAYA SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND IV LP and ATALAYA SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND IV (CAYMAN) LP hold warrants for membership in the new GALAXY and an option to purchase WZUN.  The new GALAXY assumes about $10.3 million in debt from the old GALAXY as consideration for the transfer.

FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of three more stations, this time dealing Religion WFRW/WEBSTER, NY , KIFR/ALICE, TX, and KXBC/GARBERVILLE, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $655,000.

And FM IDAHO CO., LLC has closed on the donation of Classic Country KMHI-A/MOUNTAIN HOME, ID to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC.
