THE MILE HIGH STATION TRUST, LLC, the trustee handling NEXTMEDIA's spinoffs from its sale to DEAN GOODMAN's DIGITY/PALM BEACH BROADCASTING, LLC, is selling AC WZSR (STAR 105.5)/WOODSTOCK, IL and Classic Rock WFXF (103.9 THE FOX)/DUNDEE, IL to PETER HANDY's MATRIX BROADCASTING, LLC for $5.527,000. The deal also includes a Shared Services Agreement for NM ACQUISITION SUB, LLC to handle technical. promotional, back-office, and some sales and programming for the stations, and a purchase option.
In other filings with the FCC, MARY MEDICUS is selling the construction permit for FM translator W234BY/CHARLOTTE, NC to CURTIS MEDIA's EASTERN AIRWAVES, LLC for $165,000. The translator will simulcast HRN BROADCASTING Sports WZGV-A (ESPN 730)/CRAMERTON-CHARLOTTE.
