Emmis Inks EVP/CFO/COO Patrick M. Walsh To New Contract

EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has informed the SEC that it has signed EVP/CFO/COO PATRICK M. WALSH to a new contract.

The deal effective SEPTEMBER 4, 2013-JULY 31, 2017 has a base salary of $600,000 with up to 2.5% raises each year and bonus targets of 100% of his base compensation each year.  The deal also includes stock options and performance bonus stock awards based on share price.  He continues to get $1,000 per month for an automobile allowance and $5,000 per year reimbursement for life and disability insurance and professional fees related to estate planning.
