Kidd's Kids Day Fundraiser Goes On... And Raises Almost $500K

Still Going Strong

YEA NETWORKS’ KIDD KRADDICK in the Morning co-hosts KELLIE RASBERRY, BIG AL MACK, J-SI CHAVEZ and JENNA OWENS took to the air for their annual fundraiser, KIDD’S KIDS DAY -- for the first time, without the charity’s namesake. Daughter of the late host, CAROLINE CRADICK contributed to the radio broadcast and co-hosted segments of the video-streamed broadcast on KIDDTV.

Hundreds of volunteers manned phone lines at the SOUTHWEST AIRLINES headquarters and collected donations on the street in many of the show’s 75 affiliate markets. Listeners could also donate via text message, at registers of all RAISING CANE’S CHICKEN FINGERS restaurants and online at KIDDSKIDS.COM.

Altogether, listeners donated $486,000 for KIDD’S KIDS, the 22 year-old charity that sends chronically and terminally ill children to WALT DISNEY WORLD. KIDD KRADDICK in the Morning will take more than 50 special kids and their families on the KIDD’S KIDS trip next month (NOV, 21st-25th).
