Extension
The FTC has extended the public comment period for NIELSEN HOLDINGS, INC. acquisition of ARBITRON.
Comments on the deal, originally due on OCTOBER 21st, are now due on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12th. The extension, one of 13 granted by the FTC, was made in light of the recent government shutdown.
