When asked to assess their #1 self-image attribute, Country P1s considered themselves friendly. That, according to just-released data from MARK KASSOF & COMPANY, the researchers who have been metering out results of their LISTENERTHINK P1 study for the past month.
KASSOF has broken down findings among formats, noting that Country P1s – more so than any other format’s heavy listeners – use it to relax, unwind and get in a better mood (NET NEWS 10/3).
Now KASSOF has shared data on how P1s view themselves. Close behind “Friendly” at 69% core Country users also view themselves as family oriented, trusting, homebody’s and cheerful.
The lowest scores from Country P1s? Just 3% consider themselves “Hip” and only 11% say they are liberal.
The project spoke to 989 radio P1s aged 18-49. See the entire study here.
