Universal Music Group Extends NYC Lease

New Lease On Office Space

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP is staying put at its MIDTOWN MANHATTAN digs. UMG has five years remaining on its current lease, but COMMERCIALOBSERVER.com reports the  music publishing company inked a 10-year renewal at 1755 BROADWAY. UNIVERSAL occupies the 2nd through 8th floors of the skyscraper.

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP extends the lease through 2028. UMG splits its headquarters between NEW YORK and SANTA MONICA, CA.
