WPLR/WYBC Ups Drew Carrano To Marketing Dir.

CONNOISSEUR MEDIA Mainstream Rock WPLR and Urban AC WYBC/NEW HAVEN, CT has promoted DREW CARRANO to Marketing Dir., effective NOVEMBER 5th.  He will work with Co-Marketing Dir. STEVE SOYLAND (WEZN/WFOX) and report to OM KEITH DAKIN. CARRANO spent the last 15 years working under former Marketing Dir. SAM TILERY, who recently passed away after serving WPLR/WYBC for over 34 years.

"DREW has been one of the hardest working, passionate, knowledgeable promotions people I have ever worked with," OM KEITH DAKIN said. "And there is no one who deserves this role more than him.  I look forward to working with him to continue WPLR and WYBC’s incredible success."
