Dallas Talker To Run For Seat In State House Of Representatives

WAYNE RICHARD, who hosts a weekend show on CLEAR CHANNEL Talk/Brokered KFXR-A/DALLAS, will run for the TEXAS House of Representatives in House District 66 (western portions of PLANO, TX), reports the DALLAS MORNING NEWS.

RICHARD, a Republican and founder of Internet video and advertising firm ICGLOBAL, will take his show off the air during the election period to comply with FCC equal time restrictions.  The seat is being vacated by State Rep. VAN TAYLOR, who is running for the TEXAS Senate.
