WPLW Presents 'Throwback Thursdays'

After CCM+E decided to flip Rhythm-flavored Top 40 WKSL to Country this week (NET NEWS 10/4), CURTIS MEDIA Top 40 WPLW (PULSE 102)/RALEIGH wanted to welcome the influx of new listeners and found a unique way to do so.  Say hello to THROWBACK THURSDAY!

MD MIKE BIDDLE told ALL ACCESS, "We wanted to welcome all our new listeners from 93.9 and we couldn't think of a better way to say hello than with a THROWBACK PARTY!  Every THURSDAY, the NEW PULSE 102 will be playing all kinds of throwback favorites from the late 80's, 90's and 2000's (along with a sprinkling of currents).  The response from our existing and new listeners has been awesome!  This is by no means a format flip for PULSE ... just having some fun!"
