Hank Williams Jr. To Receive 'Patriot Award'

HANK WILLIAMS JR. will be the recipient of OPERATION TROOP AID’s 2013 "Patriot Award."  

The award is presented annually to celebrities that champion men and women who are serving in the armed forces. Past recipients include TOBY KEITH, DARRYL WORLEY, AARON TIPPIN, CHARLIE DANIELS, MARK WILLS and KISS. WILLIAMS JR. often performs at military bases and meets with military members at every concert appearance. He will receive the "Patriot Award" when he headlines NASHVILLE’s NEW YEARS EVE concert, "BASH ON BROADWAY" (NET NEWS, 10/1).
