Bidding Passes $4,000 On Ride With Tom Leykis In His Tesla

With two days left in the auction, the bidding is now up to $4,400 on eBAY for the chance to take a ride with TOM LEYKIS in the radio personality's TESLA Model S Signature.

LEYKIS is auctioning off the ride to help fund his online streaming venture THE NEW NORMAL LLC, on which his show currently airs.  In the eBAY description, LEYKIS writes that "If you are the winner of this auction, notorious call-in talk show personality TOM LEYKIS will come pick you up and take you for a personal drive in his TESLA Model S Signature, for a tour of up to three hours or to the NEW NORMAL STUDIOS in BURBANK, CA to watch a live TOM LEYKIS SHOW. TOM will pick you up (and subsequently drop you off) at a mutually convenient location and time to be determined in LOS ANGELES, ORANGE, RIVERSIDE, SAN BERNARDINO, VENTURA, or SANTA BARBARA Counties. If you live outside these areas, TOM will come get you (and subsequently drop you off) at LAX or BURBANK Airports."

And he helpfully adds that "defects" include, "your driver has a good driving record but needs corrective lenses, usually prescription Ray-Bans. He loves drinking, but promises not to drink when driving with you in the car. He has no filter, so he may say absolutely anything during the experience. Wear and tear? He has a ton. No missing parts."
