Larry Tu To Join CBS Corporation As Senior EVP/Chief Legal Officer

LAWRENCE P. (LARRY) TU is joining CBS CORPORATION as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.  TU, who has served as General Counsel of DELL INC. for over nine years, previously worked as General Counsel for NBC UNIVERSAL, co-General Counsel at GOLDMAN SACHS ASIA PACIFIC, in private practice at O'MELVENY AND MYERS, and as a clerk for Judge WALTER MANSFIELD on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for U.S. Supreme Court Justice THURGOOD MARSHALL. He also served as a legal advisor for the State Department.

TU will join CBS in early JANUARY and is succeeding the retiring LOUIS J. BRISKMAN.
