UNIVISION RADIO's TICHENOR LICENSE CORP./UNIVISION RADIO BROADCASTING TEXAS LLP is selling Spanish Hits KPTY (105.3 TU MUSICA, simulcasting KAMA-F/DEER PARK-HOUSTON)/WINNIE-BEAUMONT, TX to EXCEL MEDIA, LLC for an undisclosed price. The deal has yet to appear in the FCC database. KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the seller and SANDI BERGMAN of MYMEDIABROKER.COM represented the buyer in the transaction.
In deals filed with the FCC, VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Silent noncommercial KVAM/KIMBALL, NE to CHRIS LASH's WHIPLASH COMMUNITY RADIO INC. for $4,000.
