Music industry vet DARRELL FRANKLIN has formed FRANKLIN PUBLISHING & WRITER MANAGEMENT, a joint venture with BMG CHRYSALIS U.S.

The two parties are familiar with each other, as FRANKLIN formerly headed the BMG NASHVILLE office following its purchase of CROSSTOWN SONGS, FRANKLIN’s publishing partnership with producer DANN HUFF.

The new venture’s first signing is CHRIS WALLIN, who has seen success making hits for TOBY KEITH, MONTGOMERY GENTRY, KENNY CHESNEY, TRACE ADKINS, BRAD PAISLEY and other artists.
