Condolences to family and friends of former ST. LOUIS radio news anchor and announcer EMIL WILDE, who died NOVEMBER 12th, according to the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH's JOE HOLLEMAN.
WILDE was best known for his work at KSD-A and KMOX-A and hosting "THE LUTHERAN HOUR" on MUTUAL BROADCASTING SYSTEM.
He also worked at other stations in the market, starting in 1939 at KFUO. Later, he managed the student radio station at LINDENWOOD COLLEGE.
