SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s board has declared a special cash dividend of $1.80 per share on its Classes A and B Common Stock.
The dividend, to be funded by cash on the company's balance sheet, will be paid on DECEMBER 12th to shareholders of record on DECEMBER 2nd. The total amount to be paid will be about $10.3 million.
