Radio marketing company CRN INTERNATIONAL has named veteran marketer and Managing Dir. of his own MEETINGS AND MEDIA consultancy JIM ALKON as Marketing Dir. and has upped salesman ROBERT O'MARA to Managing Dir./Strategy and Business Development.  The company also added AMANDA ALVAREZ and MAUREEN CONLIN as Associate Dirs./Strategy and Business Development.
