All-CHRISTMAS music formats are busting out all over the airwaves. Let's start at CLEAR CHANNEL AC KSOF (Soft Rock 98.9)/FRESNO, CA, which launched its CHRISTMAS music programming around the clock through CHRISTMAS DAY.
“Our listeners have a big appetite for CHRISTMAS music as demonstrated by the outpouring of requests that began the day after HALLOWEEN!” CCM+E Regional Programming Manager TONY BANKS said. "We are proud to be the place THE VALLEY turns to for the sounds of the season and this year DAVE THOMSON and TERI ANN SCHLESSER from DAVE and TERI ANN In The Morning enlisted SANTA himself and the morning team of JASON OLIVEIRA and MARGOT KIM from local ABC affiliate KFSN-TV to flip the switch live on TV and radio!”

CLEAR CHANNEL Oldies WRIT (OLDIES 95.7)/MILWAUKEE will launched its CHRISTMAS music programming while MURPHY & MEG in the Morning do their MAKE-A-WISH RADIO-A-THON, which runs TODAY and TOMORROW from 6a-6p. On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26th, they’ll announce how much money was raised during the RADIO-A-THON and a very special WISH family will flip the official “switch” to help OLDIES 95.7 become MILWAUKEE’s CHRISTMAS station.
BEASLEY Adult Standards WJPT (SUNNY 106)/FT. MYERS is now broadcasting all holiday-themed music as well. What's more, SUNNY 106.3 PD RANDY SHERWYN will host the 14th annual “CHRISTMAS Across The Lands,” a radio CHRISTMAS show scheduled to air beginning at 9a CHRISTMAS EVE through 1p CHRISTMAS DAY. The heartfelt broadcast has become an annual signature event for troops stationed overseas and with ships at sea during the holiday season.
“SUNNY 106.3’s holiday music lineup has become a SOUTHWEST FLORIDA tradition," VP/Market Manager BRAD BEASLEY said. "It’s our way of wishing our community a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a Happy NEW YEAR and all of us at BEASLEY are delighted that the switch has officially been made!”
HORIZON BROADCASTING GROUP AC KLTW (LITE 95.7)/BEND, OR has also gone all-holiday music format. "LITE 95.7 has become CENTRAL OREGON’s radio station to celebrate the holiday season and we are delighted to continue this tradition,” PD ROBIN FOX said.
Several less fortunate families in CENTRAL OREGON will be visited by JEFFREY CLAUS and the LITE 95.7 elves, who will deliver a holiday meal and gifts for their family. “Sharing a holiday experience with deserving families is one of the best things we get to do at LITE 95.7,” morning host JEFFREY BRIAN NELSON said. “Our generous community partners make it possible to provide CHRISTMAS to a family that may not otherwise have one."
