WIND-UP RECORDS Northeast Regional ED BRENNAN has been promoted to Alternative National/West Coast Regional Dir./Promotion.  BRENNAN joined WIND-UP in MARCH 2007 as Mid-Atlantic Regional, a territory which expanded to include the Northeast in JANUARY 2011.  He will relocate to LOS ANGELES in the new year.
