BUCKALEW MEDIA, INC. is selling Classic Country KIOX-F/EDNA, TX to GLOBECOM MEDIA, LLC, with the parties telling the FCC that they "have an agreement in principal but the final agreements have not yet been inked. This application will be amended to submit the documents upon execution."

In other filings with the FCC, REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator W241AX/BOCA RATON, FL to PALM BEACH RADIO GROUP LLC for $150,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk WPBR-A/LANTANA, FL.

COMMON FREQUENCY, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KXRY/PORTLAND, OR.

ALVA LEE PEELER, executrix for the estate of late husband BUDDY PEELER (LIVE OAK BROADCASTING CORP.), has closed on the sale of Southern Gospel KNNK (POSITIVE 100.5)/DIMMIT-AMARILLO, TX to MONTE SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $75,000.

And L&L BROADCASTING has closed on the purchase of the YMF MEDIA COLUMBIA, SC cluster -- Alternative WARQ (ROCK 93.5), Urban WHXT (HOT 103.9), Classic Rock WMFX (FOX 102), Talk WOIC-A, and Urban AC WWDM (101.3 THE BIG DM) -- for $13 million.
