LEE RIZA's THE L.R. RADIO GROUP, INC. is selling Talk KPIR-A (1420 THE PIRATE)/GRANBURY, TX to JERRY G.. REYNOLDS' KPIR GRANBURY, LLC for purchase and cancellation of a $350,000 principal amount note.  RIZA will be retained as an independent contractor to manage the station.

In other filings with the FCC, LOUISA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WZAQ (IGNITE FM)/LOUISA, KY to EXPRESSION PRODUCTION GROUP LLC for $200,000 plus an LMA (in place since SEPTEMBER) before closing.

VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K206EM/COPPER MOUNTAIN, CO to PUBLIC BROADCASTING OF COLORADO, INC. for $9,000.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC. is selling FM translator W267BQ/RICHFORD, NY to RADIGAN BROADCASTING GROUP, LLC for $7,500. The station will rebroadcast Talk WEBO-A/OWEGO, NY.
