WILKS BROADCASTING Country KBEQ and KFKF/KANSAS CITY has signed on for a multi-year partnership with the "KICKER COUNTRY STAMPEDE" music festival.
"MIKE KENNEDY was with us during the first ‘COUNTRY STAMPEDE’ 18 years ago, so it is very exciting to reunite with him," said "COUNTRY STAMPEDE" GM WAYNE ROUSE. "We have a great relationship with radio in all markets, but with the Country music audience growing so rapidly, it only made sense for us to expand our marketing into KANSAS CITY with both KBEQ and KFKF."
The 19th annual "KICKER COUNTRY STAMPEDE" will take place at TUTTLE CREEK STATE PARK in MANHATTAN, KS, THURSDAY, JUNE 26th through SUNDAY, JUNE 29th, 2014. The event will feature performances by LUKE BRYAN, ERIC CHURCH, CHRIS YOUNG, DUSTIN LYNCH, THOMAS RHETT, JOE NICHOLS, TYLER FARR, and more. Four-day admission starts at $120 and is available at www.countrystampede.com.
