INTERSCOPE RECORDS took the top spot in MEDIABASE's Year-End Airplay Charts for the period cover NOV 18th, 2012-NOV. 16th, 2013. The label grabbed a 15.8% label share overall, and was the top label in Top 40 (18.8%), AC (22.3%), Hot AC (21.3%) and Triple A (16.7%), and was the #2 label in Alternative (10.7%), #4 at Rhythmic and #6 at Urban.
RCA RECORDS finished second overall with 15.4%, but was first in Urban AC; second in Top 40, Rhythmic, Hot AC and AC; #3 at Urban and #5 at Active Rock.
Finishing third was REPUBLIC RECORDS with 12.2%. it finished #1 at Rock and Active Rock, #2 at Urban, #3 at Rhythmic and #4 at Top 40 and Alternative. In fourth place was IDLAND DEF JAM at 11.4%. IDJMG finished #1 at Rhythmic and Urban and top 5 at Urban AC. ATLANTIC RECORDS finished fifth at 9.2%, and was the #1 Top 40 label #3 at Rhythmic and Hot AC and #5 at AC.
