A burst water pipe took the CHERRY CREEK RADIO GREAT FALLS, MT CENTRAL MONTANA RADIO NETWORK cluster off the air SUNDAY (12/8), reports CBS affiliate KRTV.
The burst pipe dumped water all over a control board, equipment, and one employee doing voice tracking, Talk KMON-A Ag and Sports Dir. JIM SARGENT told the TV station. "She was doing the voice tracking for the weekend. She could hear something running and all of a sudden, it just dropped down from the ceiling. Just fell right on top of her and she was not hurt. Nobody was injured in it, but it's a mess."
By MONDAY afternoon, KMON, Classic Hits KLFM (92COOL), Country KMON-F (MAX COUNTRY 94.5), and AC KVVR (97.9 THE RIVER) had returned to the air, but Top 40 KAAK (K99) was still out of commission.
