Shawneen Thompson Named VP/GM Of Radio One/Philadelphia

RADIO ONE ST. LOUIS VP/GM SHAWNEEN THOMPSON has been named VP/GM of the company's PHILADELPHIA cluster.  THOMPSON joined RADIO ONE as Station Manager of the ST. LOUIS stations in MARCH 2010 and was upped to VP/GM on JULY 20th of this year.

Radio Division President CHRIS WEGMANN said, "SHAWNEEN's performance in ST. LOUIS has been consistent since she joined us is 2010.  She has demonstrated that she can get the job done by growing the top and bottom lines for the company.  Her leadership and involvement in the ST. LOUIS community have set new standards in ratings and revenue.  I know she will do great things for the company in PHILADELPHIA."
