GRACENOTE has reached a milestone with the announcement that the music recognition technology has been installed in the in-car entertainment system of its 50 millionth car this month. The service, which offers song identification technology for several leading automotive entertainment platforms, has been integrated into cars for the past ten years.

The company plans to preview its next-generation infotainment system for the connected car at CES 2014 in LAS VEGAS next month.
