ENTERCOM Rock WAAF/BOSTON morning personalities LYNDON "LB" BYERS and ANTHONY "SPAZ" PARZIALE aren't just on the air, they're up in the air: As part of the annual WAAF Rise Up Against Hunger fundraising campaign, LB is suspended from a platform on a lift 60 feet in the air above the GREATER BOSTON FOOD BANK. He'll be dangling until FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13 at 7p. SPAZ is doing the same for 60 hours, remaining six stories above sea level and the BRITISH BEER COMPANY in FRAMINGHAM on Route 9.
Listeners are can visit LB and SPAZ during their time up in the sky and make a donation to the cause. There's more information on the station's website, www.waaf.com. To donate via phone, call the "Rise Up" hotline at (617) 787-3481.
