TOWNSQUARE MEDIA has purchased MID-ATLANTIC states trade show and consumer show producer MAC EVENTS for an undisclosed price, reports TRADE SHOW NEWS NETWORK.  

MAC EVENTS produces several garden and home shows and women's expos in NEW JERSEY and VIRGINIA, including the GARDEN STATE HOME SHOW; the company will retain its name and its partner KEVIN MCLAUGHLIN will remain on board overseeing day-to-day operations, with the company's sales team remaining on board as well.
