KATE BLACK and SHANNON BLACK are selling their 25% shares each in ASKK MEDIA, INC,, parent of WEST WAVES, INC., licensee of AC KLNN (LUNA 103.7)/QUESTA, NM and booster KLNN-1/TAOS, and TAOS COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION, licensee of Triple A KTAO/TAOS, to KATHERINE SPEIRS, for $110,000 as part of a $275,000 deal that includes $16,500 for half of alcohol/food/live entertainment company ASKK SPIRITS, INC. and $148,500 for half of real estate company ASKK PROPERTIES, LLC.  SPEIRS will own 75% of the company, while AIDAN BAIN remains 25% owner.
