MEDIABASE presented a special chart achievement award to INTERSCOPE/GEFFEN/A&M at the S.I.N. Awardsbon December 5th, honoring the label for scoring the top 5 positions on the monitoring service's Top 40 chart at one time.
The label had all of the top 5 slots on the AUGUST 25, 2013 chart, with ROBIN THICKE's "Blurred Lines," ZEDD's "Clarity," MAROON 5's "Love Somebody," IMAGINE DRAGONS' "Radioactive,' and CALVIN HARRIS featuring ELLIE GOULDING's "I Need Your Love" (the latter with split credit to COLUMBIA). The sweep was the first time one label had done so since the inception of the MEDIABASE charts.
