AAA LICENSING LLC is selling four stations on LONG ISLAND's EAST END -- AC WBAZ (THE LITE ON THE BAYS)/BRIDGEHAMPTON, Top 40 WBEA (101.7 THE BEACH)/SOUTHOLD, and AAA simulcast WEHM/MANORVILLE-WEHN/EAST HAMPTON --  to LAUREN and ROGER STONE's LRS RADIO, LLC for $3.2 million.

In other filings with the FCC, KEILAH RADIO LLC is selling FM translator K290BO/LACKLAND CITY, TX to SAN ANTONIO RADIOWORKS, LLC for $105,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Adult Standards KAHL-A (CALL 1310)/SAN ANTONIO).

POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. is selling FM translator W227CQ/MARION, VA to CADDELL BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.  The station is filing an application to move so that it can rebroadcast Country WKSK-A (THE FARM)/WEST JEFFERSON, NC.

MEDIA BRIDGES CINCINNATI, INC. is donating low power FM WVQC-LP/CINCINNATI to MUSIC RESOURCE CENTER -- CINCINNATI for no consideration.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPANY, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WMVY/HARTFORD, VT while it waits for a grant of a new community of license and new facilities.

GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO has closed on the sale of silent noncommercial WBFK/SMITH'S GROVE, KY to BETHEL FELLOWSHIP, INC. for $3,500.

And PAUL WILSON (STARR MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, INC. and 1090 RADIO) has closed on the sale of WENR-A/ENGLEWOOD, TN and WCPH-A/ETOWAH, TN to GEORGE C. HUDSON III for $60,000.
