KSBJ, FCC Enter Consent Decree Over Earth Station License Expiration

KSBJ EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC., licensee of several radio stations in TEXAS,  has entered into a consent decree with the FCC over an expired earth station license and operating the satellite link after the license expired.

A $16,000 "voluntary contribution" will be paid to the U.S. Treasury as part of the settlement of the matter.
